- What counts as a 'check'?
- One scan of one piece of text (up to 50,000 characters via the API). Re-scanning the same text after edits counts again.
- Do you store the text I scan?
- No. Text is processed in-memory and discarded. We retain only an anonymized risk score and finding counts so we can enforce quotas and show you trends. Audit logs (Scale plan) store findings metadata, never raw customer PII.
- How is this different from a generic moderation API?
- Generic moderation flags profanity and hate speech. We're built for SMBs publishing AI output: we catch hallucinated policies, leaked PII with Indian identifier validation (Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN), unsafe medical/financial advice, and India-specific compliance traps like malformed GSTINs and unbounded refund promises.
- Can I tune the rules for my business?
- Yes. Pass a brand profile (voice + ground-truth facts) with every scan to sharpen hallucination and tone detection. Scale customers get custom rule tuning for their domain.
- Is billing GST-compliant?
- Yes. We collect your GSTIN and issue tax-inclusive invoices. Payments run on Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) for INR and Stripe for USD.
